Needs and Criteria
An Aviation Obstruction light must come at a reasonable price because every aircraft landing site might need a number of it.
The design had to be unique; it had to outstand the ones in the market.
There should be a solar panel installed on the light to provide the electricity.
The top glass must be made with low-cost production and clear enough to pass the light easily.
The top must be designed in a way no bird can sit on it; in other words, it has to be birdproof.
Due to fit the low-cost production technics needs, the design must come in one-piece parts with no draft angle.
There was a need for different sizes of headlights, so we had to design in various sizes, which we solved with a new invention that allows other aluminum profiles to be set inside.
