Due to fit the low-cost production technics needs, the design must come in one-piece parts with no draft angle.
There was a need for different sizes of lights, so we had to design in various sizes, which we solved with a new invention that allows other aluminum profiles to be set inside.
Solar tower headlight is one of the constituent warning requirements for any type of tower. Therefore, it can be concluded that this lamp is of great importance and has different prices for purchase depending on the type and amount of efficiency.
We redesigned the solar tower headlight to reduce the cost of molding and facilitate making processes.
Made to be set on the tower and easily be controlled. The flashing light warns aircrafts and avoids them hitting towers.

Most parts are made with injection molding process with the simplest design to fit properly and an easy assembly.
The Threads in the base lets the light to be set on tower.

We also designed a mechanism for the solar panel to move freely. Make it possible for the board to absorb solar rays better than any other aviation obstruction light; so the user can adjust the perfect angle for better functionality.
On the inside, we patented an invention that allows using various sizes of aluminum profiles to place in a circular pattern. So we don’t have to change shapes for different headlights.

One of the most complex jobs for us was to fit all the parts into one compact device. All parts should be kept separately. And most important of all, since we had a water container in it, we had to make sure it’s perfectly sealed, so no humidity gets to the board.
